We are dedicated to product quality corporate-wide, from the design board to after-sales service, striving for ultimate customer satisfaction. As an ISO9001:1994 certified company practising 5S workplace management, we follow strict procedures and ensure a high level of quality control in all aspects. We also plan to upgrade to ISO9001:2000 in the near future.
All our products comply with the safety standards required in the respective regions.
Our factories cover a total floor space of over 600,000 square feet, employing over 2500 workers. We are experienced and well equipped in performing a wide range of manufacturing processes in-house, including:
- plastic injection
- metal stamping (including deep drawing)
- PCB assembly
- powder coating
- high-temperature spray coating
The vertical integration of processes allows for flexibility and cost advantage in our production.
One of Sun Cupid's strengths is our product development capability. Our engineering team can help our customers to quickly turn their innovative product ideas to mass production realities. From industrial design to mechanical engineering, from micro-controller programming tools development, all processes are performed in-house for maximum speed, flexibility and confidentiality.
